By using Food Diary you agree to these terms. On iPhone the App is also covered by Apple’s Standard EULA.

1. Your content

• Photos and text you post stay yours. You let us store them and show them to the people you chose.
• Only post meal photos you have the right to share.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive content: nudity, sexual content, violence, hate, harassment, bullying, spam, illegal content or content that violates someone’s privacy. Violations are removed and the account is banned.

3. Report and block

• Every photo has a Report button; a reported photo is hidden for everyone at once.
• Our moderators review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content and ban the poster when needed.
• You can block or unfriend anyone; blocked people can’t see your photos and you won’t see theirs.

4. Pro subscription

• Food Diary Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription (7-day free trial on yearly), priced in the App.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation or when the trial ends. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage it in your store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

5. Glow-up

Glow-up uses AI to adjust light, colour and background; results may be imperfect. The original is always kept; content-changing looks are badged “edited”.

6. Liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect losses.
